A warm summer into early Autumn allowed the beautiful Chardonnay that we sourced from Miles Vineyards to fully ripen. We crushed and pressed the fruit and fermented in new and aged French oak barrels using traditional techniques. Emerged was a delicate and well balanced wine for your enjoyment.  12% alc.
